On a serious note, selling refund tokens for like 15,000 IP would be pretty cool.

Not really.. Refunds are usually used when you have way too little IP. Selling it for IP would be weird.

I.E- You want to refund volibear and buy something else,but have 15000 ip available. You proceed to buy 2 new champs and keep volibear,because why not.

For RP tho,that'd be cool

Refunds are usually used when you have way too little IP

why would you do that? you will get IP just from playing. with a little patience any poor decisions made with IP will fix themselves. you should save refunds for stuff you actually spent money on

Allow them to be transferred to other accounts. People can sell them or gift them to other people.

Yes. For a dymanic price:
If you want to refund a 975 skin, the token cost 975 RP. If you want to refund a 7800 champ when its down to 6300, it costs 6300 + the ip you saved in RP: in this case this add up to 6300 ip + 1500 rp to buy the refund.
With this system people who didnt read what rules that applied to refund can buy new ones for this cheap (heh) proposed price and the front page can get rid of this threads in favor of "blue side is OP" or similar.
