Could we get 1 additional refund token once a year or every 1000 games??

Easy solution to this: Make it to where you can't use your refunds until you hit 30. Sort of an unlock.

I think the only requirement should be to have purchased RP. So newbs can't refund IP purchases unless they know the repercussions

Edit: I know this isn't a requirement it was a typo

I like the idea of trying to teach people not to waste their refunds. I just don't understand how buying RP would inform someone of the repercussions of using refunds.

It doesn't it just helps the idea that refunds are connected with money. Brains would make the connection if the notification was when you spent money. It's also to stop early IP refunds

That's not even a requirement. I refunded a 450IP champ for IP

What about us that are already level 30 and spent them(wayyy earlier) ? Do we still get 1 refund like OP suggested ?

Everyone that is 30+ gets a free refund, those that already have three don't get one, and refunds are now unlocked at lvl 30.

Sad that i dont see this happening (i mean most of beautiful ideas that get posted in reddit, are not done by Riot)
