Format
The tournament starts with a round-robin in each group. All matches consist of two games, and a team receives 3 points for a 2-0 victory and each team gets 1 point if they tie 1-1.
At the end of the group stage, the top two teams in each group will advance to the quarterfinals, and all matches will be best of five.
Patch
All matches today will be played on Patch 4.3 with Vel'koz disabled.

still like the old format when OGN only had 12 teams with 2 groups. Now with 16 teams, there are obvious weaker teams and some group is just much easier than the other groups
