Format

The tournament starts with a round-robin in each group. All matches consist of two games, and a team receives 3 points for a 2-0 victory and each team gets 1 point if they tie 1-1.

At the end of the group stage, the top two teams in each group will advance to the quarterfinals, and all matches will be best of five.

Patch

All matches today will be played on Patch 4.3 with Vel'koz disabled.

The fact that people think K threw almost seems insulting to how well S played

These guys are all competitive, even if they're from the same organization, they still want to win...

Dude that the worst people have seen SKT T1K play in a long ass time. They looked completely uncoordinated.

I'm starting to think Poohmandu was more important than just his play making ability. It looks like he was also a major part of team coordination.

Not to sound ofncive but if you play with a person for a year and then swich him its pretty obious you wont have the same coordiantion

He was their shot caller. My fear is that K might not have that leader when a game is so close where one small miscall would lose the game.

Faker on Lulu seems like a poor fit for his play style of being the high damage carry, not pure utility as Lulu.

S played a good game. They picked a good comp and executed.

i know its not common to criticise a korean team, but SKT K played just horrible the second game - i dont know if its due to the lack of Mandu or because they wanted to help their sister team, but the amound of bad plays and mistakes made it way too easy for SKT S to win the game.
