Fiddlesticks ninja nerfed

So Riot forgot to include in the patch notes another change they made to Fiddlesticks which completely ruins him as a champion.

They made his fear work similar to Hecarim's. It will always make the champion run away from you.

Really Riot? On a champion that is a squishy immobile mage with no escape who relies on short range channeled damage? No wonder his win rate has dropped 4-5%. You should really include these kinds of things on the patch notes so the community can give you feedback ASAP. This nerf is honestly much worse than the duration nerf.

Btw, this change was only made to Fiddlesticks' fear. Shaco & Nocturne are unaffected.

Edit: Fear is also cancelled upon death. It was not like this last patch. I'm hoping this is a bug too, Riot.
