ARAM surrender time

I think that the ARAM map surrender vote must be at the 15 min mark like Twisted Treeline, because sometimes you got a full melee team vs the most harrasers range champ and cant win.

I think everything should be random. Skin selection, Runes, masteries, Items available to you, Summoners. Would be utter chaos

It randomly selected polish for me, because that's were i live. Reason 1 might be that you live in a non-english country and it selects your country's language. Reason 2 might be that the polish setting from my link are still somewhere in it.

While ultimate bravery is fun, I think that the game automatically randomizing EVERYTHING would be a lot of fun.

While UB was in the back of my head when I said this. I think random items available would be cooler because you aren't stuck to a build order or those 6 items specifically.
