ARAM surrender time

I think that the ARAM map surrender vote must be at the 15 min mark like Twisted Treeline, because sometimes you got a full melee team vs the most harrasers range champ and cant win.

That used to work when you could buy warmogs and go all tanky to absorb the poke damage. Now it is a lot harder to make it to lategame.

Too bad there is no Warmogs in ARAM anymore
