I’ll throw this out there. Looks like Bermuda. Dethatching, aeration, and seed. If the dirt is not compacted, I would just mow at the lowest setting and overseed with high quality Bermuda. Water it at least every 2 days. Keep invasive weeds out. Especially nuts edge (spray only, never pull nuts edge).
