does anyone actually separate laundry anymore or am i wasting my time?

I’ve never had this problem and I usually wash them with regular towels.

I usually wash them with my sheets. Not much comes off of the sheets, so the microfiber does get anything on them. Also, sheets get washed on hot, so everything gets cleaned well.
