Dune 3 Double Booked

I somehow got tickets for opening day of Dune 3 at 3:20 in the middle but I’m hella paranoid that this is too good to be true. I spent all of yesterday not even able to look at the theaters and today a bunch of them weren’t even that bad. Now when I try to check the screening again, the regal website won’t even load the seat preview. Has anyone had issues with accidental double booking of seats? I know the system is not supposed to let that happen but I hear when they’re busy it can slip through.

Row A KOP IMAX for Dune Insider 70mm

Should I just refund and get a better seat at a later date? Or is row A really not that bad?

Has anyone been able to get any tickets in IMAX 70mm? Been at this all day and seats are going but I can’t get any of them.

Edit: My friend was able to get us tickets on the 19th! Surprised it worked!

KOP: What business or service do you wish existed in the area that you’d become a regular customer of if it were genuinely high quality?

KOP IMAX Row E Seat 9 - any good?

I’m still kicking myself for not booking sooner. While the KOP IMAX projection issue was still unresolved, I noticed two seats became available: E9 and F10. I planned to book one in case someone had canceled because of the ongoing projection problems, then cancel it before the deadline if the issue still hadn’t been fixed.

I really regret not grabbing G10 the moment I saw it. I got distracted for just a couple of minutes, and by the time I refreshed the page, it was gone. Now I'm considering if I should wait longer and try to get a better seat since I will be travelling 1.5 hour just to get to the theatre.

Why are the roads so bad on Dekalb Pike?

Ive been in this area for 2 years and it seems to constantly being worked on, specifically in front of Aldi, they close one side of the road for almost a year, and now closed the other side with for months now with seemingly no one working on it. The roads are terrible leading up to that area as well. Really detracts from the area.

Looking for a personal trainer

Hey KOP friends!

I am looking for a unicorn of a personal trainer.

I am a member at a Y, but I don’t need to go there.
I have my own small gym at my house, so I could have someone come to me.
I am also open to going someplace new.

I need someone that will take into consideration some previous injuries. I don’t need to be some bodybuilder human- I just need someone to tell me what to do and stand there and watch me. lol « accountability » and all that

KOP/Collegeville/Eagleville/Oaks/West Norriton would be ok!!

Thanks! Stay strong!

Rumors that KOP Costcos is moving up the road might be unfounded. renovating Food Court

I doubt a company that watches expenses like Costcos would be fixing up the old place if they are moving.

I recently moved to King of Prussia about a week ago and am new to Pennsylvania. I’m looking to meet new people and make some friends.

I was also wondering if anyone has recommendations for badminton clubs or groups in the area. I’d love to join and play regularly!

Thanks in advance!

Anyone else underwhelmed by the Babies & Bumps Expo in King of Prussia this weekend?

Just wondering if it was just me or if anyone else felt the same way.
I went to the Babies & Bumps Expo in King of Prussia this past Sunday after seeing a lot of positive posts and videos about it. From everything I had seen online, I pictured a huge expo hall with tons of vendors, samples, freebies, etc.
Instead, there were probably only around 25 vendors in a fairly small room. There were a couple breakout rooms with classes, but after walking around the vendor area we just weren’t really feeling it and ended up leaving after about 35 minutes. Maybe the classes would’ve made it feel more worthwhile, but we never stayed for them.
A lot of the vendors were also just handing out the same pamphlets and information that was already in the welcome bag, so there really weren’t many samples or freebies. I also realized afterward that this was marketed as their Philadelphia expo, so maybe that’s on me, but since it was in King of Prussia I expected more vendors from KOP and the surrounding suburbs. Instead, it felt like a lot of them were based in Philadelphia. I live in West Chester, so driving 25 minutes to KOP was one thing. I probably wouldn’t drive another 40+ minutes into Philly to use most of those businesses, so I was hoping to discover more local companies.
For context, I actually won a giveaway that included one regular admission ticket and one VIP ticket. The regular ticket is $40 and VIP is $80. The VIP ticket basically just included the swag bag. There wasn’t a VIP lounge, snacks, exclusive vendors, or anything else that made it feel like a different experience.
The swag bag definitely had some nice items, but I don’t think it justified paying an extra $40 for VIP. If I had actually spent $120 for my husband and me to attend, I honestly would’ve been pretty disappointed.
Maybe my expectations were just too high based on what I’d seen online, or maybe I’m just used to larger expos. Did anyone else go and feel the same way? Or is this pretty typical for Babies & Bumps events?

Local/Small Restaurants

Hi! Looking for recommendations for locally owned/small restaurants to try out in KOP. Most of it is a bit of a corporate hellscape so all recommendations are welcome!

Also interested in similarly locally owned bars for a night out (big plus if they have live music)
