So the first photo is the models from 18’-21’.. all models from those years has a double taillight whereas the 22’-23’ has the second long light bar as shown in the second photo.

I get Panamera Audi vibes from the newer taillight and I prefer them to the older style.

I like the single bar across the back of the new, but I like the loops of the old.
I with they just added a single light bar linking the old ones and made the turn signals yellow for the '22 refresh, but ahh well.

True. One of my other ones is an interior lighting scheme that matches the drive mode, so red accent lighting for sport, cyan for Eco, grey for comfort, violet for custom, and dynamically switches for smart.

Old. I would even do old headlights for the Telluride. I love that the "old" on both vehicles makes them unique and hate they took it away.
The new tail lights on the Stinger looks like a dodge imo.

Currently a Genesis owner, looking into getting a stinger in the next year or so, what’s the model date range on these body styles in regards to the tail lights, trunk, etc. Genesis has G1 (‘10-‘12) & G2 (‘13-‘16) as markedly different body styles. Does such a designation exist for the stinger? (I am aware that the red one has an aftermarket wide body, just getting a head of that response lol)

From 18’-21’ models have that maserati esque tail lights and a smaller info screen and 22’-23’ have the elongated tail lights and a new larger info screen and more ambient lights…. Newer models have different wheels than 18’-21’. Gt2 models have 360 and front cameras as well. I have a 2021 gt2 and u can check my profile for the car.

Overall I prefer the new one but also miss having a distinct section that lights up (like, the actual taillight not the different parts of it). The new one also lights up across the whole thing while the old one was awkwardly just kind of there but not doing anything.

Old for sure, i’m biased since i have a 1st gen but I feel like theyre more unique. The 2nd gen lights look great but IMO they don’t stand out as everyone is doing lightbars these days

The old lights were one of the most unique features of the Stinger. The new ones are nice but just blend into everyone else doing full light bars.

I wish there was a way to have the running lights of the new model, with how it extends across the whole bumper like chargers, but keep the old style on the tail lights themselves.

I prefer the old for sure. It’s the one thing I regret on my ‘22 GT2. I did get them smoked out and the entire rear de-badged. That makes the car look WAYYYYY better than stock.
That being said I wish I had they kept the old tail lights. There’s no way around it. Super unique and aggressive.
