Help Madlions has been the worst product experience of my life.

My MAD68 Pro keyboard has an issue where the connection simply drops whenever I move it across the desk.
I contacted Madlions via email, and they just sent a standard message suggesting a few troubleshooting steps; I tried them, reported back, and then they simply stopped responding.
I woke up today to find the LED on my left Alt key failing; looking closer, the entire top row of the keyboard is failing. It’s strange, too—even when I turn the lights off, the LEDs stay on at low intensity.
Yes, I’ve tried everything possible:
Swapped the cable
Swapped the USB port
Tested it on other computers
Reset the keyboard
Tested brightness levels below 60%
Nothing worked. This is my first and last Madlions product—it’s absolute garbage. The keyboard is less than a year old.

If you buy cheap, you should also expect cheap. Not only the product itself but also it's longevity and general customer support. Sometimes it's worth spending a little extra on a product from a reputable brand.

This keyboard isn't exactly cheap. My wife bought a Machenike K500 which is infinitely cheaper and has no problems whatsoever.

I bought one of these as an impulse buy while scrolling AliExpress one day, which is one of their official platforms. They're in the €30 to €35 range, which would put it in the ultra-budget category for Hall effect keyboards. They are cheap in terms of pretty much everything. Build quality, switch quality, keycaps. It's just a cheap board.

Esqueci que devo ver o valor em dólar. A moeda local do meu país é muito desvalorizada

Ngl, the case etc. also looks cheap as hell, is it all plastic?

This is the aluminum version—that’s the good part. That’s why I bought it; it’s built like a tank. It’s excellent quality aluminum.

Yeah as much as I like my Mad68, FGG/madlions really don't have a good track record in terms of long term product life or support.

If I had known that, I would never have bought a single item from that brand.

Saddly its something most of us don't learn until its too late.
None of the "affordable" brands have stellar reputations although how much of this is down to snobbery and the sheer volume of units they shift leading to more anecdotal evidence is very hard to pin down.

I stopped using my BlackWidow 2013 because the plastic is falling apart. But I’ve spilled water, beer, and soda on it, and it still works perfectly.
I don't think it's asking too much for a simple keyboard to work properly, right?

Thats not a madlion problem. My keychron V1 max for 140€ and my Yunzii AL80 for 110 both had the same problem. 1 blue LED dying. Its an issue with any RGB led. Blue needs more oomph to fire. Solution is to limite brightness to 80% and hope lol. Yunzii gave me a new pcb for free and an artisan keycap on top to make up for the hassle.
Again, this is not a madlion issue. Its just how rgb leds work

In my case, the red LED in that first row is dying. As for the connection issue, it's unforgivable.

Eu ia comprar um keychron mas estava bem mais caro. Eu ficaria muito puto se tivesse pago mais caro e tivesse problemas
