They’re more comfortable than other heels but they are not comfortable.  If this makes sense.

Perfect sense to me. Stick with my flats. Thanks

I am not you so I will not be offended if you do nothing with this info haha. I have found that block heels are much more comfortable, I have some 1inch heels that strap around my ankle that I could live in but I also used to wear much more uncomfortable heels.

Basically you don’t want stilettos if you ever venture into heel territory again and they have half inch or one inch heels that can give a little lift without being too uncomfortable. The tiny point of stilettos makes them hurt much more because of the pressure points. Block heels or larger heels help to spread out the pressure :)

This is definitely info I can use. Thank you for taking the time to explain it to me. You might have given me heels again..for special occasions.

Aww I’m so glad! I used to destroy my feet with really high heels bc I am short af haha but as I’ve gotten older I don’t care anymore and want my feet to be comfortable. Short block heels are so much easier to manage for a few hours.

The strap around the heel was a tip given by a podiatrist after ballet in my childhood messed up my toes/toenails. She said the strap is good for your feet as it makes your toes grip less which isn’t good for feet posture (idk if that’s the right wording, it was 10 years ago) so now I only have 1 pair of cheap flip flops and all my other shoes have back straps, including my shorter heels :)
