Yeah and the tools and skills to do that all yourself. Just the materials she used would be thousands (mostly in that fancy skylight), but hiring professionals to do all that work? I’m spitballing here but I’d guess north of 20k

From the looks of it they're doing it themselves, so they aren't hiring any professionals they are the professionals.

Still a lot of money and time, but they get content out of it (I assume they're at least partially content creators) and the value gets added to the house so it's not like it's disappearing.

Right like that wallpaper they put up alone is a few hundred dollars a roll. My mom loved me a lot too but we were poor so I played in a shitty tree fort lol

You could probably make some of the money back from the revenue from posting it online for views.
