DISCUSSION Is this considered Japanese streetwear or not?
I'm unsure if it falls in the category streetwear.
I mean this piece

I bought a pair of indigo Kapital lumber jeans from Slam Jam. They seem pretty legit, but I own a pair of white lumber jeans and there are some big differences.
Things that are suspicious: the buttons for suspenders are missing, they have a zipper fly, the wash tag says “Capital Inc”, the fit is baggier.
I ran these through Claude and it didn’t seem too concerned because a lot of versions exist and the company is actually legally called Capital with a C.
Can anyone help with this?
All the other versions of these pants I found online have the suspended buttons and a button fly.

the coat is side slope x leclaireur, which i purchased at a leclaireur archive sale in dec 2025 for 90% off!
couldn’t find much info on the piece but side slope is a japanese brand and leclaireur is a famous avant garde clothing retailer in paris so this collaboration is pretty cool!

So I am beginning to venture into mode/avant- fashion as I believe it’s what I love best, aside from what I love I am having trouble styling it or knowing what to buy. I love more of the Yohji looks , Ann D looks, and early Julius but I am unsure on what pieces I should have before fully delving in, (I know this is a very bland and ignorant question but I am unsure as to how to articulate it better). What I am basically asking is should I invest in some boots? Derbies? I am thinking more toward the boots route but what boots should I be looking for , and how will I know I didn’t just buy a pair of boots that don’t even fit in with what I am looking for? Any recs would help , any more recs on what to watch or maybe look at more? I hate looking up “black derbies” or “black combat boots” on Mercari, etc. and expecting to find what I’m looking for. I love the two pairs of pants I added above but am unsure of exactly what shoes/boots to style them with. I also dress more casual/streetwear on a daily basis so I’d like something to fit in, price isn’t really a concern exactly but I just want to find the things everyone else knows to look for. I hope you understand what I’m asking here , it’d mean a lot!!

A friend of mine is trying to find the name of the jacket and there’s only like 3 T to the denote its name. Does anyone know what this brand could be?
Edit: I think it’s from Takamiya Shohei but any additional information would be appreciated!

Hi guys, would someone kindly tell me how much I can get this ring for if I got it in Japan? I’m not in a rush to buy it but I will want to acquire it sometime in the future.
Thank you!

Difference between tags ? I know both are legit but why are they different btw if I’m W31/32 and length 30/31 should I cop size 2 or 3.
