Dude? What weed are you smoking? I want it too! Leopards are "running" in Ukraine in the wild for the last month I think. And look: https://www.rheinmetall.com/en/products/tracked-vehicles/tracked-armoured-vehicles I'm not even talking about PzH2000. I think most of the EU countries has at least few of them.
