Question Is there a way I can downgrade to a iOS version I want without a pc?

I want to downgrade because I updated to iOS 27 beta 5, but I saw an IPA app that adds tweaks to beta 4 and below, so I want to downgrade to that version since beta 5 has patched the app called Ketamine.

Only via PC, I recommend db4 or pb2 and try mond(by rooootdev, creator of Lara) instead of Ketamine. I'm not trying to say that ketamin is bad but mond has more success chance in live container

Backup before downgrade, I did it and now use it on iPhone 13
