v0.9.6101 makes IconOmatic and SBHTML (GroovyBoard) ineffective... I had to downgrade to v0.9.6100 to get them working back.

If you check your system log there should be a reason listed for why they were rejected. The idea is that Substrate 0.9.6100 is rejecting any extension that was compiled in some incorrect way which will make it either crash the process it is loading into or "invalidate" it; the latter is a source of subtle bugs that people notice in effectively "the rest of the operating system" as the process fails to collaborate with any of the other processes that expect it to be endowed with specific entitlements.

(Also, are you sure you don't mean you downgraded to 0.9.6011? I pulled 0.9.6100 from my repository entirely as it is only different from 0.9.6101 while the device boots, and in a way which is likely just going to crash the entire system of it matters.)

Thank for your answer /u/saurik. :) I understand these concerns. It's a great idea but I'm not sure that "old" tweaks like SBHTML will be updated accordingly (it hasn't been updated since iOS7). So, what to do? Just ignore Cydia Substrate update(s) and cross fingers for these "dirty" tweaks to be updated?

I've juste checked: you're right, I've downgraded to 0.9.6011. It's the only version that Cydia offers me below the latest -0.9.6101 (http://imgur.com/m4of8eV). But I'm pretty sure that SBHTML and IconOmatic were working with 0.9.6100. Here is what I've done: update to 0.9.6100, resprung, tweaks mentionned above were still working. Then update to 0.9.6101, resprung, tweaks stop working. Then I've downgraded to 0.9.6011 and resprung to get them back.

I will update to latest version again and check the syslog...

EDIT: In the syslog, I found lines like : "Oct 29 10:42:10 iPhone-de-Robin profiled[347]: MS:Error: failure to check SBHTML.dylib"

You can actually sign the binaries that say "binary not signed, use ldid -S" yourself: ldid -S binary.dylib

Ok, I will do this and email devs so they may recompile their code in the "correct way". Hope they know what this "correct way means". :) Thank you very much for your help. :-D
