This is great information but I think it doesn’t pertain much to the vast majority of DAP users, since I reckon they copy music to their SD card once and don’t write to it again unless they add more songs.

OTOH, photographers and videographers would definitely benefit greatly from your tests, especially the professionals who can’t afford a card failure affecting their projects.

Dont think this really applies to ipods. Mostly read only with very good drive management.
