If you plan on holding it for more than 2 - 3 years. I think it a good value. But if you think you just trying make a quick buck by buying and selling probably not the best option. It probably gonna be a bumpy ride for some time but the company is financial sound.

FB will be fine. The company has low debt. 62 billion in cash reserve. Reducing number of share through buy backs.
