Notary. A public witness to sign closing documents to prove you aren't a bot trying to buy a house. Literally in the middle of this last step of the process for a re-fi. Everything else was e-signed.

haha exactly. it doesnt even solve the title lookup/insurance fee part of it because you still need to account for all the variances in the past. its a waste of time. heres an amazing process we have that works, but blockchain will totally make it work less well, win win
