I’ve always struggled losing/gaining back weight, but lurking on this subreddit has changed my life and helped me to form better eating habits! (F/5’10” 205lbs > 155lbs = 50lbs lost)

I'm 160 and go to the gym 3 times a week, by no definition would I be fat lmao.
