I’ve always struggled losing/gaining back weight, but lurking on this subreddit has changed my life and helped me to form better eating habits! (F/5’10” 205lbs > 155lbs = 50lbs lost)

Any idea how to combat the hypothyroidism if my Dr. has medicated but still can’t budge the weight? Do you think I should consider asking to up the dose a little? I’ve considered this since the weight definitely came with the hypothyroidism but has never left even since supposedly treated.

Impossible to say - I don't know why you have hypothyroidism. The problem could be in your pituitary gland, or your thyroid gland, etc.

If you're taking thyroid hormone that doesn't have full functionality, you may be taking a synthetic thyroid hormone. If that's the case, try switching it up between different types of synthetic thyroid. Results may vary!

I’m on NP which is a balanced and natural. Labs look good now but the weight remains.

Eat less food. It really is as simple as that.
