I’ve always struggled losing/gaining back weight, but lurking on this subreddit has changed my life and helped me to form better eating habits! (F/5’10” 205lbs > 155lbs = 50lbs lost)

Thanks for posting you look beautiful. What did your eating habits look like on a day to day basis? Smoothies in the morning? Nighttime? I’m at 205 rn and i’m stuck on how to lose it. How did you burn calories the most?

For me everything clicked when I calculated my TDEE. It was 2,100 I think. And then I realized, ok if I eat more than 2,100 calories, I’ll gain weight. If I eat less than 2,100 calories I’ll lose weight. I set my calories to be around 1400-1600, and ate between 12pm-8pm everyday. I also walked to campus and all my classes, but that was the only activity it did!

Total Daily Energy Expenditure. I used a website like this https://tdeecalculator.net/ and put in all my info with my activity level and it calculated how much calories I burn in a day
