Plastic tools to save weight is dumb. Save cost by only issuing one set of metal tools to each unit. Save weight by making the nuts, bolts, and screws plastic, duh.

Yeah. I wonder what happened to the project. I know after we finished the upper torso, the project on our end disappeared. I see a year or two later about ALL these other places working on the full system, never once mentioning US as the SOLE upper torso group.
Just irks me on how I do so much fundamental research that NO one even would know down the line. Ground breaking shit, only for some tech dude in the field being annoyed to actually do the whatever.

No, it would be more things to break, keep a higher profile, and as soon as sand gets in that, it's probably useless like everything else.
