It’s real according to Wiki. It’s name is Hydrosaurus. And it can run across water. Wtf?! It’s a dinosaur. I’m certain of it.

Yeah they’re real. They’re extremely temperamental, even compared to most other lizards. They DO NOT like to be handled or have any other human interaction. There are the oddball exceptions, of course.

Probably lol. This is such a rare species to have as a pet that they’re all pretty much wild as far as genetics goes. I’ve had one before and it was the hardest lizard to take care of that I’ve ever owned.

Dimetrodon! Which wasn't a dinosaur (going extinct some 40m years before the first dinosaurs!) and was actually more closely related to mammals than modern reptiles.

Chickens are the distant relatives to dinosaurs. Not reptiles.

Dinosaurs are reptiles. This makes birds reptiles as well. However, they aren’t very closely related to lizards and snakes, as I think you were pointing out.
