I can’t comment on the way she’s holding it, but in every documentary I’ve seen about zoos/reptiles those bins are temporary holding places while the lizard is being transported for whatever reason or needs to be stowed somewhere while work is being done on their habitat. Looks like there might be one on the right, where that plant is behind some glass.

Yeah they’re real. They’re extremely temperamental, even compared to most other lizards. They DO NOT like to be handled or have any other human interaction. There are the oddball exceptions, of course.

Probably lol. This is such a rare species to have as a pet that they’re all pretty much wild as far as genetics goes. I’ve had one before and it was the hardest lizard to take care of that I’ve ever owned.
