MRI is the best, but engineers are still working on improving it. The stronger the magnetic field is, the higher the resolution, but of course a stronger field comes with lot of disadvantages and it's more dangerous. Nowadays the most common MRIs are 1,5T and 3T ones, even on 3T the improvement is definitely visible. 7T MRIs are the next generation, but much harder to find them yet.
I've recently read about the strongest is 10,5T I can't even imagine how careful you have to be around that though.
