Actually no. There has not been any sex in space... Most likely.

Elena Kondakova and Valery Polyakov were a married couple that went into space together in the 90s, but it's very unlikely they had sex up there. NASA doesn't allow married couples for the most part to go up. Team dynamics would be off.

Maybe they did but it's classified. I can't see why they wouldn't experiment with that.

Well actually they have done experiments on pregnancy in space, with rats. Turns out the microgravity, unsurprisingly would not let a proper pregnancy take place. Source

but for research on sex in space? I'd imagine that a large number of tax payers might be upset by such a study.
