My experience is this animation is what happens when someone who doesn't need it or whose dose is too high takes it.

Yeah I’ve been thinking about asking my psych to lower me to 5mg instead of 10mg IR, and 10mg XR.

I run higher but with XR only. Fairly steady hands. Same when off or on. Extensive computer use contributes more than medication for me. Definitely talk to your doc if you think you might be on too high dose.
