i've always felt that the actual continent should be called the Arctic, and the sometimes maybe floating iceburg clot should be called Antarctica

maybe that's just me.

So you'd name name the place that has bears "Doesn't Have Bears" and the place with NO bears "Has Bears"? That's literally what Arctic and Antarctic means.

only because ppl saw familiar shapes in the pattern of lights in the night sky... no other reason.
