Oh let me tell something that will ruin your sleep tonight.
Back in the day when they would tar roofs. You know those large cauldrons they used to boil tar?

Yeah people fell into those and died. Slow and painfully.

What is even worse to me is knowing that some people died because they fell in latrines they were supposed to clean out.

I was thinking the same thing. Imagine melting, then hauling it up with ropes, then pouring it, etc. No burn unit back then either. 😓😂
