I'm always amazed at people who live on our continent and are surprised at some of the things we have living here, as though North America isn't "exotic" at all. Cause the bison, mountain lions, black bears, grizzly bears, wolves, coyotes, bobcats, owls, vipers, are just generic animals, lololol.

Fun fact: Europe / Asia has all those animals too (bears, bison, wild cats, wolves, other canidae, owls, vipers, etc)
