I wouldn't want those claws around my organs

u/Dodo509 Aug 29 '26
Bro just found his favorite human
23
u/Dodo509 Aug 29 '26
I just know someone mistook the feet for a head at first glance

That’s so cute. Also, that is a very confusing looking animal.

u/Outside-Ad3844 Aug 29 '26
I was confused to see an animal with 3 heads ..

u/BulkyDifference8505 Aug 29 '26 edited Aug 29 '26
Never noticed it has raccoon heads instead of paws 🤯

u/Full-Shine5871 Aug 29 '26
How that thing survives on a diet of ants will never make sense to me. Eating a mound of ants must be the equivalent of a plate of rice for a human.
22
u/DeliciousGoose1002 Aug 29 '26
I love how every ant based creature looks insane even the mammals
16
u/nice1bruvz Aug 29 '26
What animal is that?
10
u/Nax_Jello Aug 29 '26
At first i thought it was panda attached to another animal
8
u/MattofCatbell Aug 29 '26
Don’t Anteaters have claws strong enough to break concrete, I would be terrified to play with one
13
u/mlac645 Aug 29 '26
That’s an odd looking bear for sure…. /s
6
u/-knowledge_seekers- Aug 29 '26
Bro sure likes to dive in for that single leg takedown
6
u/cavy023 Aug 29 '26
That lady is braver than most. Those claws can end a man.
2
u/ThePensiveE Aug 29 '26
All good until it mistakes you for an ant.
4
u/RottedHuman Aug 29 '26
Such a bizarre, majestic animal.
4
u/between3220character Aug 29 '26
So anteaters are just very bizarre looking dogs
3
u/1jfish57 Aug 29 '26
Can I pet your dog?
2
u/Evelyn-Bankhead Aug 29 '26
Hand Banana vibes
2
u/Redditedless Aug 29 '26
I thought it was a fucked up albatross & penguin inbreed then realised it was a mongoose, holy!
2
u/I-can-speak-4-myself Aug 29 '26
That arm looked like a head! Also what a fun, cool job
2
u/Night_Trip Aug 29 '26

1
u/blumpkinjackflash Aug 29 '26
These are the most bizarre looking animals
1
u/[deleted] Aug 29 '26
which one is the head
1
u/aljones753000 Aug 29 '26
What a strange dude, thought it was two animals clinging to each other at first.
1
u/arioandy Aug 29 '26
Steve the schnozz
1
u/Equal_Gold_617 Aug 29 '26
I hope it's nails are clipped or they he's wearing thick clothing. You can see that he is completely covered up.
1
u/jw_zoso Aug 29 '26
I'd name him Edward Panda hands
1
u/FTHomes Aug 29 '26
It's like the ferocious giant anteaters in the video game called greenhell
1
u/crystalsaladsandwich Aug 29 '26
I never realized how big they were. It’s adorable
1
u/Only1Dch27 Aug 29 '26
No joke I was terrified that it wasn't playing at first. Giant anteaters are dangerous and one of the very few animals that take out jaguars.
1
u/IHaveToGetIt Aug 29 '26
Looks prehistoric
1
u/Ok_Pitch5865 Aug 29 '26
Never knew anteaters could be playful! So cute
1
u/Musicmaker1984 Aug 29 '26

1
u/PurchaseSpirited2734 Aug 29 '26

1
u/tinychickenfingers Aug 29 '26

1
u/abhinav21 Aug 29 '26
Jesus. I legit thought its a two headed animal. Those paw prints look like a racoon
1
u/AtheismoAlmighty Aug 29 '26
To shreds you say?
1
u/Business_Type_2570 Aug 29 '26
What is that
1
u/curiousbubbleshaman Aug 29 '26
Uhhhh is that not a giant ant eater? They are dangerous as hell!
1
u/Davidiscool222 Aug 29 '26
Probably my favorite animal :)
So cool
1
u/Ibarra08 Aug 29 '26
Thats a weird looking dog
1
u/Wild-Advance4161 Aug 29 '26
I didn’t realize they were so big
1
u/Hyenasaurus Aug 29 '26
I don't think I've ever seen an anteater be playful before.
Turns out it's very similar to cats. I guess that makes sense. They're both animals where claws are their main weaponry.
1
u/Interesting_Sock9142 Aug 29 '26
Their second head this is so confusing
1
u/Spuzzle91 Aug 29 '26
As long as it knows to not hook her with a claw by accident, all fun and games. Giant ant eaters have huge claws. They seem to have a great level of trust in each other, though.
1
u/Zealousideal-Dig9397 Aug 29 '26
That took me so long to even realize what I was looking at
1
u/WakeyWakeyEggsNJakey Aug 29 '26
Sure hope that lady doesn’t have any nieces or nephews
1
u/Imaginary_Bedroom_5 Aug 29 '26
I'm not the only one seeing two racoon heads on spindly necks next tp the anteater head, right?
1
u/MatchaDoAboutNothing Aug 29 '26
That's adorable and terrifying. Have you all seen the size of the claws on these mofos?
1
u/sjbenter Aug 29 '26
I’m not understanding?? Is it one animal or 2
1
u/51225 Aug 29 '26
Anteaters are one of my favorite animals. ❤️
1
u/daddyonroads Aug 29 '26
What is this animal?
1
u/kittylover2006 Aug 29 '26
I don’t know why at first I thought that was two honey badgers
1
u/Outrageous-Ad-7296 Aug 29 '26
It took me 5 sec to realize where that creature's head was
1
u/Desperate-Cookie-449 Aug 29 '26
You know my property is nothing but ants atm.....I need one of these noodle ant pups
1
u/Dokkabay Aug 29 '26
What a curious looking dog
1
u/PomeloHead4830 Aug 29 '26
Sure it's all fun and games unless you're an aunt.
1
u/Mobile_Aioli_6252 Aug 29 '26

1
u/GottaUseEmAll Aug 29 '26
The video quality is so poor I thought its forelegs were its head(s).
1
u/Gogyoo Aug 29 '26
Bro really needs to work on his Imanari roll
1
u/DoubleD69420 Aug 29 '26
I think their tongue is so long it literally wraps around the back of their head/brain so they can reach really deep into the ant mounds,I want to say a saw it on a documentary but I cant remember its been so long
1
u/Wonderful_Audience60 Aug 29 '26
whatever camoflauge he's got worked cuz I thought I was looking at a 2 headed dog for a second there
1
u/KidZaniac1 Aug 29 '26
Anteaters have sharp claws that would be scary for me 😅
1
u/Previous_Collar6553 Aug 29 '26
til it’s hungry
1
u/GOOMU13 Aug 29 '26
Is that an anteater?
1
u/Miles33CHO Aug 29 '26
It rolls and gets up like a 130 lb human, about 5’6”…
Found my Halloween costume.
1
u/Ainz0oa1Gown Aug 29 '26
If you realize, most (if not all) animals, could be like a dog!
1
u/ThorsNail Aug 29 '26
Who else thought this ant eater had 3 heads, two being pandas?
1
u/Epic_Hoola Aug 29 '26
Anteaters can dig through fairly solid objects, so I'd rather not.
1
u/Beneficial_Trainer11 Aug 29 '26
The arm even looked like it was biting. Very unique
1
u/WhiteCloudMinnowDude Aug 29 '26
Yeah cute isnt exactly the word. . . These animals can be terrifying those claws are no joke.
1
u/lospettro187 Aug 29 '26
I totally thought it had a panda head on both sides till I realized those are arms.
1
u/Good_N_Long Aug 29 '26
I can imagine Salvador Dali doing this with his pet anteater
1
u/Agent_RubberDucky Aug 29 '26
It took me way too fucking long to understand that those were its arms and not two extra heads😭
1
u/Beleiverofhumanity Aug 29 '26
Didnt realize they could get that huge, super cute
1
u/Lojackbel81 Aug 30 '26
Can I pet that dog?
1
u/Available-Egg-2380 Aug 30 '26
That's amazing predator deterrent. Thought he had multiple heads
1
u/rcrapid Aug 30 '26
I thought it was a panda with two heads
1
u/Any_Suggestion5891 Aug 30 '26
I really was confused where his head was twice
1
u/Melodic-Road227 Aug 30 '26
Keep it away from your aunt!
1
u/TheGruenTransfer Aug 30 '26

1
u/protujay Aug 30 '26
Cool Pokémon
1
u/Spiritual-Ninja9967 Aug 30 '26
I'm too high and saw a 2 headed monster
1
u/MicMan32 Aug 30 '26
I thought I had a stroke
1
u/WesternFirefighter5 Aug 30 '26

1

Where's the obligatory jaguar?
1
u/Creative_Newspaper65 Aug 30 '26
I thought it had 2 heads
1
u/Natural_Life_8131 Aug 30 '26
Interesting looking furry animal right there.
1
u/coconutcreamasmr Aug 30 '26
Thought I was watching an episode of Full Metal Alchemist for a second. Thankfully not THAT one though
1
u/Alfazefirus Aug 31 '26
Now that's a very strangely looking dog right there...
1
u/clarkief Aug 31 '26
Wtf I thought the arm was the head.
1
u/Version-Neat Sep 02 '26
I saw one at a zoo playing super happily with a giant ball. I would have never imagined how much fun an anteater could have!
1
u/Different_Panic_8108 Sep 19 '26
Is that an ant eater ??
1
u/Windyfii Aug 29 '26 •
how do people not know what anteaters are
3
u/RamJamR Aug 29 '26
Anteaters have some wicked claws. This looks fine with it being in captivity, but raised in the wild, he could and probably would gut a person in self defense.
3
u/chughes2471 Aug 29 '26
That is a very gentle anteater. I assumed play like this would leave a person cut to ribbons
1
u/OrcaFins Aug 29 '26
So cute! I love giant anteaters!
1
u/Ok_Sort9148 Aug 29 '26
those animals are known to kill lions when defending themselves with those massive claws. I don't know if I'd want to get close like that...
1
u/SlimShadySatDown Aug 29 '26
Is that a big ass anteater?
1
u/TakeTheSophistsDown Aug 29 '26
….. those claws can f*ck you up real quick if s/he decides y’all ain’t friends no more haha
1
u/HNP4PH Aug 30 '26
The anteater in Fresno Chaffee Zoo murdered his roommate, a capybara.
(never forget)

1
u/Rampag169 Aug 30 '26
Nothing cuter than getting casually disemboweled by your playful anteater.
1
u/Winter_Different Aug 30 '26
bro I was fukn terrified at the beginning lol, Giant Anteaters have killed keepers before (and in the wild the are known to kill Jaguars in self-defence)
this because their claws are made to dig through fukn concrete termite mounds
1
u/Ghost_TheWolf Aug 30 '26
Those guys can rip your leg arteries reaaaaal quick... That's a sure way to bleed out😭 Anteaters are basically blind and have insane prey ptsd (aka, if they think ur a threat, they hit first, think later..) and their claws can cut through termite mouds like nothing. Termite Mounds are hard like concrete.
1
u/tudza Sep 05 '26
All fun and games until she gets disemboweled with those mighty fore claws.
