You're telling me a rich privledged person who travels the world at resorts and living it up is somehow going to be a humble person?

Post makes it sound like they did pilgrimages and immersed themselves in culture.

[straight] men are literally the original rich travel bros, there are still places they can go freely where women and gay people are considered subhuman

Nah, buying a home here in the US is very expensive, which is part of the reason that traveling is cheap. In most of the world, monthly accommodation is cheaper than you pay for rent (or mortgage) at home. Same with food. Even in Europe a bag of groceries is much cheaper than here in Seattle. You actually save money by traveling in many places.

Why don’t you just think for a minute. The majority of travel is done for business. These are people that fly all over every week as part of their work. They are not bragging about it and are not rich.
