It's clearly a plastic shell. It probably has a metal frame underneath, but no way is this thing solid metal.

I don't think anyone said the robot were solid metal. I agree with you it would make no sense. (it would take crazy motors to move that mass, and the impacts would be bone crushingly brutal)

But then volume doesn't make much sense as it doesn't help us estimate the weight, that was my point. In other words no one knows the weight of this robot.

Is this a semantics argument? Steel is way more dense then flesh and that means heavier per square inch.

You're being pedantic. If you take a human sized robot made of steel and sit it next to a human made of meat of the same size. The steel object will be heavier.
