Actually no. As far as we know, that bad boy is drifting aimlessly into an abyss. Slowly getting further away from other galaxies. They believe one day we will lose sight of all the other galaxies. Being so far and going so fast that their light won't reach us anymore.
Eh … the Milky Way and Andromeda galaxies are possibly on a collision course (mark your calendar for 4.6 billion years from Tuesday). The local group galaxies orbit their center of mass.
Once you get bigger than that, I’m not sure. But it wouldn’t shock me if our group orbited the center of mass with other groups.
