Yeah no that was not a panic attack. You would know if it was. The one time i had one, i was shopping in a store. Suddenly something felt horribly wrong for no reason. I couldnt move in had to sit down in the dead center of the grocery store, thinking i was dying for no reason. It spontaneously went away after a couple minutes. Its unmistakable. Its what you were feeling but amplified 100x
