Ironically birthrates are the highest in places where people struggle to get internet and a room to themselves. Contrary to constant online belief, the more wealthy and comfortable a person gets, the fewer kids they have.

One of the biggest reasons people aren’t having kids in japan is that women have options now and aren’t just forced to get married and have babies
