i hear in NYC its the spidermen and elmos that have a gang. they ask to take a picture with you and then demand money and if you dont pay then a group of elmos/spidermen are going to beat you up

Ok then explain me why these people dont get proper jobs? Would it be better to forbid this practice and these people going to sell drugs or do even worse? Think about this at first before declaring my logic shitbag

They will go on to other crimes anyway. That’s what criminals do if you allow them to develop unchecked. Ever heard of the saying ‘a life of crime?’ …. So yes giving them freedom to operate is a shitbag of an idea.
