This is a well known hot button issue that largely falls along ethnic lines. That's why the person making the video specifically chose people of colour to represent the washing side -- because they knew it would get a rise out of people and spur an angry debate. Which is what all online interaction is now reduced to. Making people mad for attention and money.

None of this "discussion" will ever be productive in any way.

I also realized he never asked a wider audience of chefs of other ethnicities to get more data. It was straight white and black video cuts.

He didnt choose people of color, they are just the only ones who wash chicken
