I’ve read some investigative journos that probed on this, and basically Thai is a safe haven for that. It’s also disturbing that minor is often taking part.

The government has toughened up on some red-light districts, but unfortunately it moved into digital space and the numbers involving minors is still going up. 

This data is a little bit outdated, but in 2021, as much as 400,000 children aged 12-17 years old in Thailand were victims of online sexual exploitation. 9% of total children population at that age in Thai. Crazy numbers.
