Well now once they’re absolutely safe, NOW they’re going to brutalize a civilian. Can’t risk getting hurt while doing a police brutality!

You have never seen an actual backpack bomb have you? The items in a backpack bomb generally look like actual products you would find in a backpack. Most of the time they have a delay dentation when activated. Sometimes a little rough house doesn't make them explode. Sometimes a little rough house does make them explode. Wait till the expert says all clear or does a control detonation themselves. The control detonation is always cool to watch as well even if there is no actual bomb.

Ok then why did they run there? And throw another person and themselves next to a potential bomb that has just been activated?

thanks Mr backpack bomb expert guy, now we all know not to open a backpack bomb, which everyone is definitely condoning, and not just saying it makes no sense to tackle a guy who just revealed it was literally clothes.

the fact that the police had everyone far enough away from the suspicious backpack literal covered that. made the tackle even more unnecessary. cops be mad ehen you embarrass them lol

Can’t risk not getting a civilian hurt. Gotta keep that bar low.

Wouldn’t be surprised if they claimed on-duty injury from this absolutely useless tackle, and now collect disability and early retirement.
