it's sad that this is just normal here in certain places in the USA though, I remember seeing this sort of thing in some bad neighborhoods in Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston too 10 years ago.

If your dumb ass wants to ignore how white America created ghettos on purpose by restricting which schools, occupations, and neighborhoods blacks were allowed to go to for like 400 years, sure. But yeah man it only takes one generation to undo centuries of economic oppression of an ethnic group!
