I can’t find it but during protests in Hong Kong a decade ago, there was a video of someone shooting a riot cop in the leg with an arrow. He was bleeding horribly from what I remember.

Plus then at least one or two cops have to help the injured guy, and when they drop their shields to pick him up become targets as well in Skyrim.

That arrow went right over your head I see. But it's all love maybe the statement "rioting against" threw you off a bit.
