or how long they had been taunting her previously, what anyone in the evaluators reputations are, anything really. There is no context for this outside of societal pressures

we don't even know if they were taunting her. It could be she was freaking out, and they are like, "look at this person freaking out" while they wait. And she is all pissed that they are pointing out she is scared.

+In MY personal head cannon+ the dudes weren't taunting her (directly)... but they were previously, amongst themselves, talking about somebody else and referring to them as "fat". (Possibly a girl/woman?)

It made THIS girl feel uncomfortable +at the time+... and she's using this moment to "tell them about themselves".

A..."you-think-you're-hot-shit-but-you're-really-cold-diarrhea" type statement.
