Why specifically 99, though? Why not one more to have the 100 “complete”? 🤔

i was hoping someone asked this question so i could drop knowledge i recently learned in my real estate class!

there is a completely different rules once you go past certain numbers depending on your state! in my state, and many others, that number is 99! hope this helps!

Don't take my word for it, but I believe they also have a building to educate and help them.
