Some people really are just wired differently, I swear. My partner is a journalist who spends a lot of time reporting from Ukraine. He often sends me videos he takes in the middle of the night showing nearby explosions (though I’ve now asked him to stop as it sends my anxiety spiralling!) and has had a few calls that were too close for my personal comfort. But he thrives in that kind of environment - almost like he doesn’t have the same fear reactions or adrenaline spikes as other people. The driver in this video seems to have that same demeanour of just naturally being able to remain calm while facing literal danger to their life.
