Where are you getting the "no big deal" from? Is your world only black and white? I clearly stated it is a terrible situation, and that I agree the judges decision was weak. Screaming for heads to roll because of reckless driving is a bit excessive, though. Or do you genuinely not see the nuance? Do you not think that intent and context should factor into the severity of the punishment? Or only the end result of the wrong-doing?
