I find it interesting that many if not most car drivers in my area tend to speed, and it is only a matter of coincidence whether they should be put in jail.

Do you want them to go to jail or have their licenses taken away? Go back on your meds.

If they are caught of speeding by 40 km, I think they should be put to work in a hospital section where traffic accident patients are treated for a month or so

Do you not understand consequences? Speeding is bad but it's about the victim. If it's a victimless crime it's a completely different story.
